Andrea Martinez was born in San Diego and grew up in Rosarito, Mexico. She Studied in Tijuana and moved to San Diego in 2010 to finish her Bachelors of Fine Arts in Interior Design at the Design Institute of San Diego. With a curiosity for Real Estate she began working for Olga Stevens in 2006 as her Assistant and Transaction Coordinator. Andrea quickly realized her love for the fast paced environment and recently received her Real Estate License.

Laura Lavalle was born in Mexico City and has been coming to Coronado every summer since 1976. Like most, Coronado won her heart and she made the permanent move here with her family in 2019. Laura received her Bachelor's Degree from GIA in Business and Merchandising and pursued her dream of becoming a jewelry designer. After decades of running her successful business, she pivoted into Real Estate, an area she was always curious about. Today, Laura manages Stevens Properties and has successfully led our team. She has a true passion for anything she works with and no task is too big for her. We are lucky to have her!
Rental Coordinator
Malu Mac Gregor was born in Texas and grew up in Mexico City. She and her husband Enrique moved to Coronado in 1985 where they raised their family and stayed until 2015. With a BA in Communication, Malu has been involved in the Real Estate business for over 20 years and has been Stevens Properties rental coordinator for over 5 years. Her attention to detail and charismatic demeanor is what makes Malu a pleasure to work with.
